How to reorder your resume

How do I move or reorder items in my resume? Click and drag the ☰ (three horizontal lines) icon up or down.

This works for:

• Individual skills
• Job entries
• Entire sections (like Skills or Employment History)

Which icon do I use to drag and drop? Look for the ☰ icon (three horizontal lines). It appears next to items you can move. Click or tap and hold it, then drag up or down.

Does this work for all templates? Yes. The drag-and-drop feature works the same on every template.

Can I move individual jobs inside Employment History? Yes. You can reorder single job entries or the whole Employment History section using the ☰ icon.
